We provide quality assured Electrical Engineering, contracting and consultancy services to blue chip clients on various geographical locations across Ireland, UK and Mainland Europe. We specialise in full turnkey solutions up to and including 275KV in the Renewables sector and other Mission Critical Facilities.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations on active construction sites. Based in Dublin, the role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage on-site teams, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain quality standards, and drive projects forward on time and within scope.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor progress against project schedules and report updates and risks on a weekly basis.

• Conduct inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and adherence to technical specifications.

• Maintain accurate site records, including logs, reports, and safety documentation.

• Manage site workforce: assign tasks, oversee performance, and resolve conflicts where necessary.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in site supervision within the electrical or construction sector.

• Strong working knowledge of construction safety regulations.

• Excellent skills in workforce management, delegation, and task prioritisation.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical plans.

• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Valid Safe Pass/CSR, Manual Handling, and other site-specific safety training.

• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training (preferred).

• Familiarity with MV electrical systems and infrastructure (preferred but not essential).
